
Caitlin Flynn is an international development practitioner with expertise in strategic communications, education, and youth empowerment.
She serves as the Communications Specialist for the Children’s Safety Network, where she leads digital communications including newsletters and social media, coordinates webinar production, and supports the development and dissemination of public health resources.
Flynn also provides technical assistance to EDC’s international country offices, supports skill development for international communication specialists, and collaborates on campaigns to enhance the visibility of EDC’s global initiatives.
She holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master’s in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
